This knife cylinder fits Challenge 305 X and TC Series. We have addressed the cracking issues by increasing the thickness of the cylinder sleeve. The top of the cylinder known as the gland is now made of steel and we have added a locking screw to prevent the gland from screwing out of the cylinder during operation. We have also added a grease fitting at the bottom pivot point instead of an oil hole.
